Please take a minute to review our shop policies  regarding transactions, returns, shipping  and a detailed explanation of the buy sell trade service offered.  We have tried to keep it as clear and simple as possible so you can get on and enjoy the shopping experience we have aimed to provide.

For your convenience The Revolutionary Minx accepts many methods of payments.  Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express can all be used at our easy checkout process.  We also accept secure payments made via Pay-Pal and Square Register.  For local shoppers we also accept cash upon pick-up.  Feel free to send us an email with any questions regarding payment options.

We use the USPS service when shipping your items.  At checkout you will be given the choice to select your preference.  We ship within 1 to 2 business days using First Class packaging.for most tops, accessories and dresses.  For larger or heavier items such as bags, denim, sweaters etc we will ship using Priority Mail Flat Rate services. Combined shipping is available, please send us an email prior to purchase.  The time frame for domestic shipping is usually only 2-6 days.  We also offer Priority mail envelope and box options, both medium and large. If you need your item quicker send us an email  before you reach the checkout so we can do our best to accomodate you and calculate the cost.  

Not happy honey?  No worries, send it back!  We accept returns for items in the original unworn / unused condition with tags within 7 DAYS.  Buyer pays for return shipping.  Refunds will be given in the same method of original payment.  Items purchased from our vintage or recycled section are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
 

 

3:SELL.TRADE.CONSIGN.

One of the unique and exciting services we offer is a Sell, Trade or Consign option.  We will pay you in cash or check for your unused  clothing or accessories or if you are looking to revamp your wardrobe we give you more value when trading for items in our store.  We pay 30% cash based on our determined resale value for your items or give you 60% in store credit, again based on our retail value of your items.  We are confident we pay more than most and encourage you to research and compare, that way when you come to us you feel confident you and your clothing / accessories are being treated fairly!   We offer consignment on your designer luxury goods, where you can leave your merchandise for sale with us over a 90 day period an let us do the hard work for you.  You will receive 65% of the total sale amount. A consignment contract must be filled out. Please email us for more info. 

 

We are looking for current trendy styles from  6-12 months ago, sold in malls or other online retailers,  and we are open to any brands. Clothing or accessories must be in gently used excellent clean condition, odor and stain free and with no defects.   We will pay an additional 10% for designer pieces such as Tory Burch, BcBg, Chanel, Burberry, Gucci, Louis Vuitton, certain name brand denim and more.  As always feel free to send an email with any questions regarding the process of selling or trading.
